A pipe froze in January during the record cold when we were in Florida.  Upon returning, part of the first floor had flooded and some of the walls had stains. Our insurance agent recommended this restoration company to us.  They immediately came over, got the water turned off, and started removing the wet drywall and flooring.  Then they met with State Farm and negotiated everything.  We had to stay in hotel for about two weeks (paid for by State Farm), but then were able to move back in.  Titan had almost everything completed at that point.  This is a very meticulous and organized company!  They finished all the details within a week after that. These guys just finished up our house.  We got hit this spring pretty hard with hail and wind along with it seems like nearly everybody else here in DFW!  Bunch of out-of-town storm chasers came through our neighborhood.  Didn't get a good feeling from any of them.  Someone at my work recommended Titan.  My impressions of them:  polite and professional.  No hard sales tactics, they just filed the claim and handled it.  Thanks!  Our insurance company got a little jerky with some parts of the claim but these guys slapped them around good and got us what we needed to finish the work.  Some of my neighbors still don't have their stuff done, and some are still fighting with their insurance companies.  Titan handled EVERYTHING (and the actual work was top notch). Third claim with this firm over the last five years (two roofs and a water freeze claim - how's that for living in Dallas?).  Loved that they handled all communication with insurance. State Farm denied us twice then our agent referred us to Titan. They got us approved within two weeks. It took a little longer to get some upgrades approved. After that was done, all work was completed smoothly and professionally. Great communication throughout entire process. Special thanks to our Field Supervisor Jose. He kept everything so neat and organized. Final pleasant surprise: our premium decreased due to the special hail resistant roof Titan upgraded us to. Excellent service provided by the Titan team.  In fact, my wife and I never had a better contractor experience.  Highly recommended.  They restored our home after a lot of water damage occurred.  I also used them for an addition afterwards.  The first project was mostly paid through insurance (they were very helpful in negotiations with the insurance carrier), the second via a home equity loan. They finished a project for us this spring when all the spring storms hit.  My husband wanted a metal roof but the Titan rep showed us some other lifetime options that cost way less.
